Samaritans Emergency Relief Centre is open every Wednesday, 9.30am to 1.00pm
Bookings can be made at the Opportunity Shop Monday to Saturday (9.15am to 12.45pm) or through the Parish Office during working hours Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm (Telephone 02 4973 1204) or just turn up.
If a volunteer is not available have a free cuppa at our Coffee Shop while you wait. |
Please remember the Samaritans when you do your shopping. Items that are needed include:
Vegemite, pasta sauce, instant noodles, small tea & coffee, plus the following canned foods:
Soup, vegetables, fish, meat & meals.
Any other everyday items (except peanut products) are also welcomed.

| Grandparent's Support Group
Samaritans run the Southlakes Grandparents Support Group which meets at the church hall every Friday morning 10.00am - 12.00noon in school term.
Any kinship carer (grandparents, aunties or other relatives) raising children full time are welcome to come & chat, have a cuppa & learn valuable information about entitlements & services to assist carers.
Activities and camps are arranged for the children on weekends.
